Narlian Black Car Services

By booking, reserving, or using services provided by Narlian Black Car Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “Passenger”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
Narlian Black Car Services provides luxury ground transportation services including but not limited to:
Airport transfers
Corporate transportation
Special events
Hourly chauffeur services
Long-distance transportation
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit or full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Rates may vary based on distance, time, date, vehicle type, and special requests.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are governed by our separate Payment & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By completing payment through Stripe or any approved payment method, you authorize Narlian Black Car Services to charge the agreed amount.
All prices are subject to:
Tolls
Parking fees
Airport fees
Additional wait time
After-hours fees
Holiday surcharges
All cancellations are subject to the rules outlined in our Payment & Cancellation Policy.
Failure to appear at pickup time (“No-Show”) may result in full charge of the reserved service.
Airport pickups include a grace period:
Domestic flights: 30 minutes
International flights: 45 minutes
Non-airport pickups include a 10-minute grace period.
Additional waiting time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.
For safety and professionalism:
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Excessive intoxication may result in termination of service.
Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in cleaning or repair charges.
Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if a passenger poses a safety risk.
No refunds will be issued if service is terminated due to passenger misconduct.
The Client is financially responsible for:
Interior damage
Exterior damage caused by passengers
Vomit or biohazard cleanup
Excessive mess requiring professional cleaning
Cleaning fees may range from $250 to $1,000, depending on the severity of the damage.
Narlian Black Car Services is not liable for:
Traffic delays
Weather conditions
Flight delays or cancellations
Acts of God
Road closures
Mechanical breakdowns beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation.
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in vehicles.
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Government restrictions
Road emergencies
Civil unrest
11. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policies.
Narlian Black Car Services does not store full credit card information.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect information necessary to:
Process bookings
Provide transportation services
Improve customer experience
We do not sell customer information.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Bell County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
