Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations.

 The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

 Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 Failure to remit the remaining balance at least 24 hours prior to pickup may result in cancellation of service without refund of deposit.

 Rates may vary based on date, time, mileage, service type, and special requests.

 After-hours service (10:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and major holidays may incur additional charges.

 All tolls, parking, airport fees, and additional wait time are billed separately unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations

• More than 48 hours before pickup:
  Deposit is non-refundable but may be credited toward a future booking within 90 days (one-time transfer only).

• Within 24–48 hours of pickup:
  The deposit is forfeited.

• Within 24 hours of pickup or no-show:
  The full reservation amount will be charged.

3. Reservation Changes: 

Requests to modify pickup time, location, destination, or service duration must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to service and are subject to availability and any applicable rate adjustments.

4. Wait Time Policy

A 15-minute grace period applies to standard pickups.

 Additional wait time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

 Airport pickups include complimentary flight tracking. Adjustments will be made based on verified flight delays.

5. Service Coverage

Service is provided throughout Killeen, Fort Cavazos, Temple, Belton, Harker Heights, and surrounding Central Texas areas.

 Extended service to Austin, Waco, Dallas–Fort Worth, and San Antonio is available by request.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Narlian Black Car Services to resolve the matter may result in additional administrative fees and legal action if necessary.
